Other tools that I use can be found mainly on Amazon. With the availability of items and the quick shipping, we use Amazon for nearly everything in our house. I order my supplements, fitness gear, and even my jeans on Amazon. I know, crazy!

  1. Apple Watch – I use my Apple Watch every day for tracking my steps, exercise, and sleep habits. It has been an indispensable resource that I could not have been successful without.
  2. MyFitnessPal App – The MyFitnessPal app has allowed me to track my meals, weight, and progress. I firmly believe that tracking your progress is a non-negotiable to losing weight.
  3. Scale – a cheap weight scale is all you need in order to keep track of your weight loss daily.
  4. Food Scale – This is a must for anyone that wants to accurately track calories, protein, fats, carbohydrates, and fiber.
  5. Protein Powder – In order to increase my daily intake, I chose to buy Whey Protein to help me meet my daily protein goals.
